Applicants must have successfully completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board or council such as CBSE, ISC, WBCHSE, or any state board in India.

Candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

Students from any stream — Science, Commerce, or Arts — are eligible to apply.

There are no mandatory subject prerequisites. Business Studies, Economics, or Mathematics at the 10+2 level may provide useful background for the course.

As stated in the current programme information, there is no upper age limit as per the applicable norms, while applicants must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission.

Admission is generally merit-based and follows the applicable guidelines of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT).

Final selection may involve academic performance, personal interaction, counselling, and availability of seats.

Lateral entry is uncommon in BBA programmes. Where available, admission to a higher semester or year is subject to the applicable university norms and eligibility conditions.
